Grant Kerger
Grant Kerger
Investment Adviser, Trader

LinkedIn

Grant is responsible for managing the trading volume at Peregrine. This is a very substantial job. The trading volume he oversees often eclipses that of larger investment management firms. As Trader, Grant works at capturing the best execution on every order. "Stocks move quickly. It's vital that I try to get good fills on every order I place. It's a major factor in our clients realizing profits."

Another key element of Grant's job is allocating investments to our clients based on their individual investment policies. To do this effectively, it takes someone who knows our clients and understands each of their unique risk/reward profiles. Grant has developed this as over 10 years as Peregrine's Trader.

Grant has created, implemented and tested the trading systems used by Peregrine. This system is built to handle frequent trading profits realized by Peregrine's clients.

In addition to his role as Trader, Grant is an Investment Adviser who brings a fresh and innovative approach to our investment analysis. "Too often people are held back by their general stock market fears and lose sight of the special companies that make up the market. These companies constantly differentiate themselves and innovate to stay one step ahead of their competitors. A good investment advisor can sort out the potential winners from the losers." Grant has a command of necessary investment strategies and communicates them effectively to clients.

Grant earned a BS in finance from Eller School of Business at The University of Arizona. After graduating in 2003, Grant began his career building Peregrine.

Composite returns are derived from aggregated, time weighted returns for clients of Peregrine Asset Advisers. Individual client returns can deviate from the composite returns.
